You'll join the FP&A team at BambooHR, delivering insights that drive strategic decisions. You'll analyze datasets, build financial models, and perform variance analysis to provide clear recommendations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
• Perform P&L variance analysis and provide recommendations
• Build and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in strategic FP&A roles
• Experience with SQL, PowerBI, and Excel
• Strong business acumen and understanding of cross-functional interactions
• Executive presence to work directly with leadership

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience applying AI/ML or LLM tools to financial data
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Databricks, Power BI
• Degree in finance or related field
