💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of 8-10 engineers building core security infrastructure for a AI-driven travel platform. You'll architect authentication and encryption services, securing LLM-integrated natural language interfaces. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic product partnership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and scale a team of 8-10 security and software engineers
• Design and implement scalable authentication, authorization, and encryption frameworks
• Collaborate with Product Management to define the security roadmap
• Lead security incidents, root cause analysis, and remediation

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience with 4+ years in leadership
• Deep expertise in Java / Spring Framework and distributed systems
• Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)

✨ Nice to Have

• In-depth knowledge of modern authentication (SAML, JWT, OIDC, Passkeys)
• Experience with Agile/CI/CD and integrating Security as Code (SAST, DAST, SCA)
