You'll assist 1st Special Forces Command with foreign language, regional expertise, and cultural instruction. You'll execute planned lesson plans and tutoring sessions to enhance unit readiness. This role supports a Veteran-Owned Small Business with a focus on national defense.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute planned POI and ad hoc tutoring sessions
• Develop daily lesson plans and take attendance
• Grade homework, quizzes, and provide weekly feedback
• Maintain a positive learning environment and address student concerns

📋 Requirements

• TOEFL score of at least 553 or iBT 83+
• ILR level 2 or higher in the foreign language
• ECL score of 82 or higher
• OPI proficiency level 2+ or ACTFL Advanced-High

• 80 hours documented training in online language teaching
• Experience integrating technology in language instruction
