💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end FP&A processes at a fast-growing subscription platform serving creators. You'll drive strategic decisions through advanced financial modeling and partner with the COO to scale planning. This role offers direct impact in a high-growth scale-up environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain automated dashboards and KPIs as single source of truth.
• Develop sophisticated financial models for business opportunities and scenarios.
• Partner with COO and department heads to translate data into actionable insights.
• Own end-to-end budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 4+ years FP&A experience in high-growth or scale-up environment.
• Advanced financial modeling including 3-statement and scenario analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, Net Retention, CAC Payback, LTV).
