Description

As an Associate in our Client Service team, you'll connect clients with expert knowledge through a communications-intensive role in a fast-paced environment. You'll start in Hong Kong for training, then transition to New York, working on multiple projects for top-tier clients seeking expert insights.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree, no subsequent experience necessary
• Have never studied in a US-based university
• Track record of strong academic performance (minimum GPA 3.3 or 2:1 equivalent)
• Extracurricular achievement throughout school and university
• Internship experience evidencing interest in business
• Outstanding communication skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin at business level or above

Responsibilities

• Recruiting experts and speaking on the phone with them to match client projects
• Understanding project and market context, legal and regulatory environment
• Taking ownership of projects from initiation to managing client-expert communications and scheduling calls
