💼 About This Role

You'll be a core part of a small, high-ownership TechOps function at Upvest, owning internal technologies like Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack. You'll drive automation across business units and leverage AI tools to raise output quality. You'll act as a trusted advisor, challenging tooling requests rather than simply fulfilling them.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own core internal IT stack (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) and user lifecycle management
• Manage Mac laptop fleet with zero-touch DEP/MDM deployments
• Advise teams on tooling requests, prioritize high-value improvements
• Collaborate with Security on AI tool governance and incident response

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience owning support end-to-end across all levels
• Proven experience building automations with Okta Workflows, n8n, Tines, or similar
• Active use of AI tools (LLMs, AI-assisted workflows) to improve work quality
• Strong understanding of macOS and Apple device management (MDM/DEP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Git, GitHub Actions, and Terraform
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Golang, Python) or Docker/k8s
• German language skills
