Description

You will analyse and optimise operational data to deliver timely, accurate insights that drive better decision-making, while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on insights, improve processes, and strengthen revenue operations.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen with ability to translate business needs into data requirements.
• Prior experience using Looker or similar BI tools for scalable dashboards.
• Advanced analytical skills to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Experience supporting revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Extract, analyse, and interpret data from CRM systems and marketing platforms to identify trends and KPIs.
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Track and analyze sales metrics and funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion.
• Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts using historical data and pipeline health.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on insights and drive operational effectiveness.
