Description

You will lead and scale the deal governance function across APAC, owning the Deal Desk to review and approve complex deals while driving process optimization and enablement initiatives. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to balance speed with risk mitigation and profitability.

Requirements

• Experience leading deal desk or revenue operations functions
• Strong understanding of pricing, discounting, and contract terms
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal
• Process improvement and enablement skills
• Experience in a high-growth technology company

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Deal Desk function for APAC
• Review, structure, and approve complex deals (pricing, discounting, contract terms)
• Partner with Sales to accelerate deal cycles while protecting margin and compliance
• Design and implement scalable quote-to-cash processes
• Develop and deliver training on pricing, deal structuring, and approval processes
