💼 About This Role

You'll provide on-site cultivation for medical cannabis gardens, ensuring plant health and production. Your work directly supports quality control and regulatory compliance. This role offers a chance to join a leading multistate cannabis operator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prune, top, trim, and transplant plants per policy
• Move plants between cultivation areas efficiently
• Harvest plants and buck wet or dry plants
• Clean cultivation equipment and dispose of waste

📋 Requirements

• Experience in general production, preferably regulated human-consumption field
• Time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in indoor/greenhouse climates and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 21 years or older
