You'll define the long-term vision for scaling operations while driving execution on workflows and internal platforms. This role sits at the center of critical functions like Risk, Compliance, and Payment Operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of technical operators building operational systems and automation.
• Define the long-term vision for scaling operations with AI-native tooling.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders on cross-functional challenges.
• Drive execution on workflows, decision infrastructure, and internal platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience leading Systems, BizOps, or Operational Excellence teams.
• Proven track record scaling internal systems and workflows.
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM technologies for workflow automation.
• Technical fluency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce or Retool.
• Strong understanding of operational tooling ecosystems.
