🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives

• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Compliance
• Hire, mentor, and develop operational team members

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in operations management
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in fintech or financial services
• Proven track record of implementing measurable improvements
