Partner Business Development Manager - ISV

Description

You will own, scale, and mature Nebius' ISV partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth and platform adoption. You will lead joint value creation with ISV partners across enablement, co-selling, and strategic alignment, acting as a trusted partner to ISV executives and internal leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field
  • 10+ years experience in ISV partnerships, alliances, or business development in B2B tech
  • Proven success building and scaling revenue-generating ISV or tech partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Own ISV partner strategy, onboarding, enablement, and performance management
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue with Joint Business Plans
  • Lead co-sell execution with Sales and ISV partners
  • Represent Nebius in the ISV ecosystem at events and advisory boards
  • Advocate for ISV partners cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, etc.
