You'll integrate AI technologies into existing Veeam products, enhancing functionality and driving innovation. You'll lead the development of efficient, secure backend applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop secure backend applications integrating AI solutions
• Research and apply new AI technologies for optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycle
• Contribute to backend systems supporting multiple products

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial Python development with scalable backend services
• Strong proficiency in Docker for containerization and deployment
• Experience building autonomous AI agents (LangGraph, Pydantic AI Agents)
• Experience designing automated evaluation pipelines (Ragas, DeepEval) and production monitoring

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Experience with transformer architectures, fine-tuning (PEFT/LoRA), and self-hosting models
• Previous experience with Veeam products
