Description

You will manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office or via telehealth, collaborating with an in-office team, and supervising NP or PA colleagues. You'll contribute to transforming primary care with a human-centered approach.

Requirements

• Completed accredited Family Medicine or Med/Peds residency
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience seeing all ages
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• State licensed in Texas
• Passion for human-centered primary care and effective use of technology

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and occasional telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing collaboration
• Perform in-office procedures as needed
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
