You'll lead a team of platform engineers to build and operate the systems powering Voleon's software development lifecycle, including build systems, CI/CD, and deployment automation. Your core impact will be improving engineering productivity and ensuring a highly reliable, observable, and scalable developer platform. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a team of platform and infrastructure engineers
• Define and deliver roadmap for the company's developer platform
• Build and operate CI/CD infrastructure and deployment automation
• Improve developer productivity by reducing friction in build and test

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Python, Go, C++ or similar programming experience
• Experience with large-scale developer platforms or CI/CD infrastructure

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with monorepos and Bazel
• Experience improving developer productivity at scale
• Experience with CI/CD systems or internal platform engineering
