💼 About This Role

You'll lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers at Profound, the marketing platform for AI search, driving renewal and expansion revenue across top brands. You'll set strategy for engaging enterprise stakeholders and coach the team through complex, high-value deals. You'll build the playbooks and culture that turn individual contributors into a high-performing enterprise team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers to meet revenue targets.
  • Own enterprise book of business and drive renewal rates and expansion revenue.
  • Design enterprise account management playbooks covering full customer lifecycle.
  • Run pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecast calls with team.

📋 Requirements

  • 5 or more years of SaaS experience in enterprise account management including 2 or more years managing a quota-carrying team.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to meet or exceed renewal and expansion targets.
  • Deep expertise in consultative selling and navigating multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
  • Strong forecasting ability and pipeline discipline using CRM tools.

  • Experience with Gong or other revenue intelligence tools.
  • Experience in AI or marketing technology industry.
  • Experience at high-growth startups.
