💼 About This Role

You'll join a two-year Fast Track to Leadership program, immersing yourself in our Fulfillment Center to develop into an Operations Manager. You'll lead teams, drive process improvements, and take on strategic projects that directly impact our supply chain performance. This role offers accelerated growth with rotations across locations and exposure to international operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise a shift of teams in the Fulfillment Center
• Plan, coordinate, and lead your team to achieve performance targets
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity
• Manage cross-location strategic projects from conception to execution

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• Practical experience in supply chain via internships or working student roles
• Fluency in German and very good English skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to detect problems early
