Description

Coordinate with external agencies, manage off-site transportation and utility extensions, lead permitting processes, and resolve design and construction conflicts for Starlink infrastructure projects at SpaceX's Bastrop, TX facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 5+ years of professional experience in civil engineering with off-site infrastructure focus
• Ability to work onsite at Bastrop, TX facility
• Valid driver's license
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with DOT, utility providers, and agencies for approvals and project execution
• Develop project requirements, schedules, and cost estimates
• Oversee off-site transportation and utility extensions (water, wastewater, gas)
• Manage civil aspects of off-site construction, including quality control and conflict resolution
• Lead permitting processes with local, state, and federal agencies
