💼 About This Role

You'll own the demand signal that drives every operational decision at HelloFresh, from food procurement to staffing. You'll build next-generation forecasting capabilities while keeping daily supply chain execution accurate and agile.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and maintain SQL queries daily to extract and transform demand data
• Develop and refine forecasting models in Python
• Design dashboards and automated reporting in Tableau or Power BI
• Own daily and weekly demand plans for European markets

📋 Requirements

• SQL fluency with complex queries, joins, window functions, CTEs
• Python for data manipulation, forecasting, and analysis
• 4+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics
• Strong grasp of forecasting techniques like MAPE, WMAPE, trend decomposition

• E-commerce, food retail, or FMCG experience
• Perishable/short shelf-life experience
