You'll focus on long-term strategic relationships with Datadog customers, driving adoption and identifying growth opportunities to ensure retention. You'll advocate for customers internally and provide a positive experience across a high volume of accounts. This role offers best-in-breed onboarding and sales training in MEDDIC.

- Manage the full sales cycle and build strategic customer relationships
- Handle technical support escalations, billing, and enablement requests
- Pivot account management strategy based on customer needs
- Monitor usage trends to uncover renewal risks and improve adoption

- 1+ year in a customer account facing role
- Experience negotiating contract terms and overcoming pricing objections
- Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail
