Description

You will lead product strategy and execution for a portfolio within an enterprise SaaS company, driving innovation and growth. You'll own the multi-year product vision, mentor a team of product managers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful, data-driven results.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with 5+ years in a leadership role within enterprise SaaS
• Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing product teams
• Deep expertise in B2B SaaS, enterprise workflows, and subscription-based business models
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth through product innovation
• Demonstrated ability to influence C-level executives and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligning with company goals
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify trends and differentiation opportunities
• Mentor and develop a team of Senior and Product Managers, establishing best practices for product discovery and execution
• Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to optimize product positioning and delivery
• Own portfolio-level KPIs, driving measurable impact on growth, engagement, and revenue through data-driven decisions
