Your work will ensure accurate employee life cycle management and enhance HR processes using AI and automation tools. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain HR system UKG for onboarding, offboarding, and life events.
• Support employees and managers with query resolution and transaction processing.
• Perform periodic audits of HR files to ensure document compliance.
• Implement AI-driven solutions and automation workflows to optimize HR operations.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Familiarity with HR processes.
• Strong Excel reporting skills.
• 0-1 year of HR operations experience.
