💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to work with fan-favorite merch and develop leadership skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Lead sales floor coverage and step up when manager is absent
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
