You'll guide Harvey's largest customers through adoption of agentic AI solutions for legal and professional services. You'll act as a trusted advisor, integrating Harvey into workflows and shaping the product roadmap. This role offers influence at a high-growth company redefining knowledge work.

- Serve as primary contact for strategic customers with a consultative approach
- Lead integration of Harvey into daily workflows for seamless adoption
- Monitor account health, address risks, drive retention initiatives
- Evangelize Harvey to end users and enable daily adoption
๐ Requirements
- Background in management consulting or enterprise SaaS customer success
- History of change management for large technology projects
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
