Description
As a Customer Success Intern, you will work alongside the customer success team to support customer engagement, onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. You'll assist in facilitating workshops, events, tracking campaigns, and creating success collateral.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Business, or related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on administrative tasks
Responsibilities
- Assist CSMs in facilitating offline workshops, salons, and events
- Support internal escalation of technical issues
- Assist in tracking upcoming outreach campaigns
- Prepare business review materials and take notes
- Support creation of customer success collateral: playbooks, guides, best practices
