🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as CEO's right hand driving priority initiatives and tracking goals
• Manage AI agent deployment pipeline from onboarding through optimization
• Build and document scalable processes for implementation and QA
• Create dashboards tracking metrics across success, performance, and operations

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups
• Clear communicator who builds trust with healthcare customers
• Experience managing projects from start to finish and coordinating across teams
• Proficient with data analysis and spotting trends to guide decisions
