🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily technology support for document and image processing operations
• Partner with IT and technical teams to maintain system stability and resolve issues
• Support client onboarding and implementation activities to meet timelines
• Track vendor performance against SLAs and escalate gaps

📋 Requirements

• Experience in document/image processing or transaction-based operations
• Experience supporting client onboarding or workflow-heavy environments
• Strong understanding of system-to-operation data flows
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with organizational discipline

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Opex and CertainScan
• Experience with IDF rooms, patch panels/cables
• Experience with wired/wireless/mobile scanners
