Responsibilities

• Lead by example to validate customer experience quality and train team on Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Drive own and team performance to achieve KPIs including OPH, NPS, SPH, conversion and sales success
• Ensure positive customer experience and promote services like piercing and engraving
• Participate in inventory cycle counts, order fulfillment, and BOH organization
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
