• Build and optimize scalable content systems and teams
• Own and 10x existing social growth channels using AI and tools
• Identify and experiment with new social growth channels and tactics
• Dive into platform algorithms to determine winning strategies

• Experience in marketing, content, growth, or similar roles
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Data-driven approach to content with goal setting and iteration
• High-agency owner who takes full accountability for outcomes
