Description

As a Dutch-speaking Implementation Consultant, you'll deliver virtual onboarding sessions to new Lightspeed Restaurant customers, ensuring they confidently set up and launch their business operations. You'll train customers on product features, adapt to different learning styles, and build lasting relationships to drive customer success.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles (B2B or B2C)
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
• Experience delivering training, onboarding, or educational sessions
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts
• Fluency in Dutch and good English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual onboarding sessions to Dutch-speaking customers
• Train customers on product features based on their workflows and needs
• Lead one-on-one and group training sessions adapted to different skill levels
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support success and growth
• Create and manage documentation for onboarding processes and product training
