Description

You will join the OpenADMET team at Octant Bio to build libraries targeting the 'avoidome' and generate high-quality data for machine learning models. You will also pioneer novel synthetic and analytical methods to expand platform chemistry capabilities and support drug discovery efforts.

Requirements

• PhD in Organic Chemistry, Chemical Biology, or related field with 0-3 years post-PhD experience
• Expertise in multistep organic synthesis, purification, and analysis (HPLC, LC/MS, NMR)
• Familiarity with LC-MS methods for proteomics or high-throughput screening
• Experience with laboratory automation and high-throughput screening methods
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build libraries targeting the 'avoidome' to generate data for ML models
