💼 About This Role

You'll lead ARR and revenue forecasting for a Go-To-Market organization at a leading Voice AI platform. You'll build automated driver-based models and partner with senior leadership to drive strategy and capital allocation. This role offers high ownership and the opportunity to scale a revenue engine toward IPO readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead monthly ARR and revenue forecasts across Enterprise and Self-Service.
• Build and maintain driver-based ARR and revenue models.
• Translate pipeline coverage and win rates into forward-looking insights.
• Support quota setting, commission calculations, and territory design.

📋 Requirements

• Direct experience implementing AI tooling and scalable FP&A systems.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and automation judgment.
• Direct experience supporting sales and marketing.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, payback).

✨ Nice to Have

• 5-7 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking.
• Experience in Series C+ high-growth environments.
• Experience with usage-based revenue forecasting.
