Description

You'll design, develop, and optimize Otter.ai's enterprise search infrastructure, leveraging vector databases, full-text search, and deep learning NLP to improve search accuracy and user experience. You'll stay current with industry trends to keep our search system at the forefront.

Requirements

• Master's degree in CS or related field (PhD a plus)
• 5+ years experience in search, recommendation, or QA systems
• Deep knowledge of relevance measurement, tuning, and modeling
• Engineering experience with LLMs and RAG systems
• Expertise in Python and/or C++

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise search infrastructure using vector DBs, full-text search, and relational databases
• Develop deep learning NLP algorithms for query analysis, reformulation, and suggestion
• Implement and deploy ranking algorithms to improve relevance
• Evaluate and optimize algorithm accuracy using key metrics
• Monitor system performance and lead improvement initiatives
