Description

You will help residents with Activities of Daily Living in a family-like campus setting, working with your team to set schedules and provide person-centered care. Your role includes assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care, as well as responding to emergency calls from Independent Living residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• First Aid Course certification
• Previous experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (oral care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, dressing)
• Provide supervision and non-weight-bearing transfer assistance as needed
• Roll carts, laundry hampers, and equipment safely through work and resident areas
• Communicate, coordinate, and cooperate with resident needs and team structure
• Respond to emergency calls from Independent Living residents as directed by the nurse
