💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technical interface between BYD's engineering teams and data center/server customers, driving thermal solutions from concept through mass production. Your core impact involves coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product integration and deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical contact for data center/server customers.
• Manage end-to-end programs for thermal solutions from concept to production.
• Coordinate internal teams across thermal engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
• Support NPI and production ramp for thermal components.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management or hardware project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Thermal, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with thermal solutions like heat sinks, heat pipes, or liquid cooling.
• OEM customer support experience in server or electronics industries.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data center, server platforms, or high-performance computing.
• Familiarity with AI servers, GPU platforms, or high-power server thermal design.
• Bilingual in Mandarin preferred.
