• Schedule the finishing team with Head of Graphics.
• Prioritize projects and ensure timely delivery to specifications.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients for graphics finishing needs.
• Maintain accurate work orders for billing and status updates.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years professional experience in finishing motion graphics within entertainment marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional organization.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights and weekends.
• Understanding of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D.

• Design background is preferred.
