Description

As a Senior Privacy Analyst at Lyft, you will conduct privacy risk assessments, advise product and engineering teams on data privacy issues, and help build privacy into products by design. You'll work cross-functionally to identify and mitigate privacy vulnerabilities and drive improvements to Lyft's privacy program.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of privacy concepts and ability to apply them to real-world situations
• Experience conducting privacy risk assessments, threat modeling, and risk mitigation
• Experience with technical privacy concepts (e.g., anonymization, encryption, differential privacy)
• Experience with privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, PIPEDA)
• Strong technical background and ability to negotiate effectively with engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct privacy risk assessments of new and existing Lyft products and services
• Advise product and engineering teams on complex data privacy issues
• Analyze system designs and data flows to identify privacy vulnerabilities
• Identify trends in privacy regulations and drive changes in Lyft's privacy program
• Develop and maintain internal privacy policies and best practices
