  • Execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in talent acquisition, preferably university recruiting.
  • BA Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to travel for university events.

  • Experience in startups, tech, or hardware domains.
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and process innovation.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
