- Serve as trusted talent advisor for complex emerging talent hiring.
- Develop and optimize recruiting strategies with sourcing tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership on recruitment.
- Execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience in talent acquisition, preferably university recruiting.
- BA Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to travel for university events.

- Experience in startups, tech, or hardware domains.
- Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and process innovation.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
