💼 About This Role

You'll provide evidence-based evaluations and treatment sessions supporting emotional regulation, sensory processing, and executive functioning. You'll collaborate with specialty providers to develop individualized plans and help shape cutting-edge, interdisciplinary care models at a clinician-founded startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete 60-minute occupational therapy evaluations with 30-minute documentation.
• Conduct 30-minute treatment sessions as clinically indicated.
• Participate in weekly team meetings (approximately 30 minutes).
• Maintain a clinical schedule including morning and evening times.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Valid Maryland state license in Occupational Therapy.
• At least two years of experience in a pediatric or multidisciplinary setting.
