🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Outcomes Managers
• Define and evolve team strategy and operating model
• Own product-line adoption measurement and improvement
• Partner with Product leadership on roadmap decisions
• Drive cross-functional alignment across multiple teams

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS or related functions
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience partnering with Product teams and influencing strategy
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence
