Description

You will take full ownership of NextEnergy Group's core technical platforms (Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, CRM, CLM, and related data systems), ensuring they are secure, reliable, well-governed, performant, and cost-optimized. You'll define platform guardrails, manage SLAs, and oversee the technical roadmap to enable teams to efficiently deliver business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience owning and managing data and analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, CRM/CLM)
• Strong knowledge of platform security, access control, and cost management
• Experience with SLA/SLO management, incident management, and root-cause analysis
• Ability to collaborate with data engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with vendor management and technology roadmap planning

Responsibilities

• Own and manage core technical platforms including Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, CRM, CLM, ensuring security, reliability, governance, performance, and cost optimization
• Define and enforce platform configuration standards, operational guardrails, and RBAC models
• Oversee performance optimization, monitoring, alerting, and logging; analyze and optimize platform costs
• Lead adoption of infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment patterns
• Manage platform lifecycle from implementation to deprecation, including upgrades and patches
