You will lead the end-to-end design process for the Member Growth team at Spring Health, focusing on increasing member engagement and removing barriers to mental healthcare. Partnering closely with product, engineering, data science, and marketing, you'll design experiments and solutions that drive measurable impact on the member funnel.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product design experience at a software company
- Portfolio demonstrating work in growth design with impact on metrics
- Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Team-player mindset and ability to meet ambitious timelines
Responsibilities
- Identify and understand user problems related to identification, activation, engagement, and retention
- Design solutions that test hypotheses and improve the member experience
- Partner with cross-functional teams to validate impactful problems and solutions
- Ship high-quality work that improves member utilization of benefits
- Communicate design decisions through high-quality documentation
