You'll ensure the stability, security, and performance of enterprise Windows-based infrastructure in a complex, always-on environment. You'll manage and optimize Windows Server ecosystems, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud integrations while supporting critical business operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Windows Server environments and core services like DNS, DHCP, file/print
• Manage Active Directory including domains, GPOs, and hybrid Azure AD integrations
• Implement security best practices: RBAC, patching, auditing, vulnerability remediation
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and system monitoring using enterprise tools

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years experience in Windows Server administration
• Strong expertise in Active Directory management including GPOs and hybrid AD/Azure AD
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012+ and virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware)
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation

• Experience with security frameworks like MFA, PKI, system hardening
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS in hybrid setups
