  • Coordinate family and personal calendars across commitments and events
  • Manage household operations like vendors, maintenance, and service providers
  • Handle travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Optimize Founder's calendar and coordinate communication and meetings

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or household manager
  • Experience managing complex scheduling, travel, and logistics
  • Strong background in event planning or hospitality
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
