πΌ About This Role
You'll drive partnership growth with financial institutions, payment providers, and card networks. You'll build and optimize strategic partnerships that expand distribution and accelerate revenue. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Partner Operations, and Revenue Operations to ensure efficient execution and strong alignment in a regulated financial services ecosystem.
π― What You'll Do
- Drive partnership growth across financial institutions, payment, and network partners
- Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage strategic partners
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies
- Activate partner enablement programs including sales training
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience partnering within financial services
- Proven experience with financial institutions and payment providers
- Experience in SaaS partnerships or business development

- Experience with multiple partnership models (referral, reseller, embedded)
- Strong knowledge of compliance and risk in financial services
- Ability to present to executive-level stakeholders
