Description

You will manage a team of production associates in an Inspection Center, overseeing vehicle movement and repairs to meet production and quality goals. You'll train, coach, and develop your team while ensuring safety and adherence to standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record for last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process and lean principles
• Ability to work overtime and on weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of the Inspection Center for repairs
• Meet/exceed production and quality goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Oversee day-to-day activities, identify team strengths/weaknesses and areas for improvement
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage assigned team
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
