💼 About This Role

You'll own the organic social calendar and email marketing for a growing software consultancy, working closely with the Growth Marketing Manager. You'll set up workflows, support SEO, and coordinate with a UX/UI designer and freelance writer to build the marketing team from scratch. This role offers ownership of multiple channels with flexible remote work and performance-based bonuses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute the organic social media calendar across all active platforms.
• Set up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.
• Support on-page SEO: metadata, internal linking, content briefs, keyword tracking.
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing or growth role.
• Proven experience managing organic social channels (content calendar, scheduling, community engagement).
• Solid understanding of email marketing: segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals: on-page optimisation, keyword research, meta tags.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, or equivalent).
• Comfortable setting up basic automations (HubSpot workflows, Zapier, or similar).
