Requirements
- 4+ years experience in facilities or business administration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Ability to build relationships with peers, management, and vendors
- Willingness to work across multiple time zones
Responsibilities
- Support facility maintenance request system for assigned portfolio
- Manage property maintenance programs and site responsibilities
- Act as liaison between employees, external vendors, and landlords
- Assist with invoicing, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Provide after-hours on-call emergency response coverage
