You'll own month-end close processes across multiple entities, ensuring financial data is accurate and audit-ready. Your work strengthens financial controls and reduces close cycle time in a remote-first finance organization. This role combines hands-on accounting with process optimization and systems improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute month-end close activities across assigned entities
• Manage bank and cash reconciliations across multiple accounts and currencies
• Support subscription revenue processes and billing-to-ERP issue resolution
• Oversee AP and spend processes ensuring accurate invoice coding and approvals

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting with strong month-end close ownership
• Solid experience with reconciliations and audit-ready accounting records
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, NetSuite strongly preferred
• Understanding of accounting principles in multi-entity and multi-currency environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS subscription billing or revenue processes like Chargebee
• Familiarity with AP/spend management tools such as Payhawk
