🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vendor oversight for dispute and fraud workflows
• Track KPIs and calibrate offshore BPO performance
• Conduct root cause analysis on disputes and chargebacks
• Design SOPs for new products and regulatory changes

📋 Requirements

• 4–5 years in vendor operations or dispute operations in fintech
• Strong working knowledge of Reg E and Reg Z
• Experience managing offshore BPO vendors with SLA accountability
• Experience building reporting and analyzing performance trends

• SQL or data querying experience
• Experience with dispute intake and processing teams
